Templates
Templates make your most common work fast and consistent. There are two kinds: document templates, which pre-fill a quote, and message templates, which set the wording for WhatsApp and email.
Document templates
Use these for offers you make often, such as a four-camera shop package.

Check prices in your templates regularly. Equipment costs change, and old rates can reach customers without anyone noticing.
Message templates
These are the words sent along with a document, or to a lead.
