Getting started
CamVerion is CCTV installation management software. It keeps your enquiries, surveys, quotes, invoices, jobs, service calls and staff records in one place. This page gives you the order we suggest for your first day, with links to the detail.
Before you begin
Your account becomes active after your email is confirmed, your company is verified and the setup fee is received. You will get an email when it is approved. Sign in at www.camverion.com/app with the email address and password you chose during signup.
Your first hour
- Fill in company settings. Your name, address, tax details, bank details and document terms appear on every PDF, so this comes first.
- Upload your logo and signature on the same page.
- Add your team. Create a login for each person and choose the right role.
- Link WhatsApp if you want documents sent from your company number.
- Check your job types. They decide which jobs are added to each new proforma.
Your first day
- Create a lead for a real enquiry you are working on.
- Book a site visit if the site needs surveying.
- Write a quote and look at the PDF preview. If something looks wrong, such as the address or bank details, fix it in settings.
- Save a good quote as a document template so the next one takes minutes.
How the work flows
Most work moves through the software in this order:

| After-sales | Log service calls | A history for each problem |
You do not have to follow every step for every customer. A quote can go straight to an invoice, for example.
