Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 November 2026

This policy explains how CamVerion ("we", "us") handles personal information on our website and in our software. Contact us at [email protected] with any question or request about it.

Two kinds of information

Information about you. When you sign up, enquire or log in, we decide why and how that information is used.

Information your company enters. Your company decides what it records about its customers, leads and staff. We process that information on your company's behalf and only to provide the service. If you are a customer or employee of a company using CamVerion, please contact that company first about your information.

What we collect

  • Signup details: company name, contact person, email, phone, country, address and the plan you choose.
  • Enquiries: what you send through our custom software form or by email.
  • Account details: names, email addresses, usernames and roles of users. Passwords are stored in hashed form, not as readable text.
  • Payment records: what you paid, when, and the reference. When an online payment provider is used, it handles your card or bank details and we do not store them.
  • Business records your company enters: leads, customers, site details, documents, payments, job records, photos, attendance times and location, leave and expense records.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser details and server logs, which we use for security and troubleshooting. We use the country of your connection to show prices for your location.

Why we use it

  • to review your signup, create your account and run the service
  • to send account messages such as email confirmation, approval and password reset
  • to bill you and keep financial records
  • to answer support requests and enquiries
  • to protect the service, prevent abuse and fix faults
  • to meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your company's business records for advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run the service and only as far as they need it. These are:

  • our server hosting provider
  • our network and security provider, Cloudflare
  • our email provider, Google, which delivers account emails
  • payment providers such as Razorpay and Stripe, when online payments are in use
  • professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it

Our providers may handle information outside your country. When your company links its own WhatsApp number or sends a document, the message and attachment pass through the service that delivers it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business records while your account is active. After an account closes, we keep the data for about 30 days so it can be restored, then delete it. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and server logs for a limited period for security.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, separated company data and role-based access. No online service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may be able to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, or a withdrawal of consent. You can write to us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will keep what the law requires us to keep. You may also be able to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes, and notify account admins of significant changes.
