Fulfilment Policy

CamVerion is online software. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges. "Fulfilment" here means making your account available to you.

How your account is delivered

1. You sign up with your company details and confirm your email address.
2. We verify your company. We aim to review new signups within 2 working days, and we email you the payment details.
3. You pay the one-time setup fee.
4. We approve your account. Once payment is received, we aim to approve the account within 1 working day and email you. You can then sign in at the same address you used to sign up.
5. You set up. Add your logo, company details and document terms, then create logins for your team. Our documentation walks through each step.

These are our target times, not guarantees. A signup can take longer if we need more information or a payment has not cleared. If it is taking longer than you expected, write to us.

What you receive

• access to the software through a web browser, on computers and phones
• all features of the plan you chose, up to the plan's user limit
• documentation and email support

Monthly access continues for as long as your account is active and paid.

Customised software

Customised and white-label work is delivered according to the scope, timeline and milestones in its quote or agreement. It does not follow the timings above.

If something goes wrong

If you cannot sign in after approval, or you did not get an email from us, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected]. See our Refund Policy for what happens if we cannot deliver the service.
