Chrome extension

If your office replies to customers on WhatsApp Web, the extension adds the chat you have open to your leads in one click.

Set it up

Open the Extension settings page in CamVerion and choose Download Extension. Unzip the file, then follow the steps on that page to load the camverion-whatsapp folder into Chrome with Load unpacked. Admin and office users can use it.

Downloading again creates a new key and disconnects any copy installed earlier.

Add a lead

1. Open WhatsApp Web in Chrome. The extension's popup has an Open WhatsApp Web button.
2. Open the customer's chat.
3. Click the green Add to CRM button at the top right of the chat.

Next, open the lead in CamVerion to add the requirement and other details.

Why it helps

Enquiries often get buried as new chats arrive. Moving each one into your lead list as it arrives gives it a status and an owner, so that a follow-up does not get missed.
